The purpose of this lesson is to familiarize the witness with scriptures that demonstrate how Christ and his disciples found opportunities to present God’s plan of salvation. In the passage of scripture under consideration, Peter and John performed a miracle healing by the power of Christ to a lame man. The person who was healed received much more than what he was asking for. This is an important observation to realize that when a person is seeking ones help for a problem, the gospel of Christ’s salvation may be the cure that will remedy all their problems. Read the passage of scripture referred to below, make observations about what has been read, and answer the set of questions. Each day of the following week, the witness is asked to practice with another Christian, turning their conversation into a presentation of some, or all of the gospel, and to keep a record of this experience.
