NOT HOLY ENOUGH MISCONCEPTION
The objective of this lesson is to assist the witness in becoming aware of and knowing how to address some of the common misconceptions that may prevent a person from receiving the gospel. The method used to address this specific misunderstanding will be through the witness studying passages of scripture that would be a response to the following misconception. Many have the mistaken belief that they will have to straighten out their life before coming to God and receive his offer of salvation:

Read the passage of scripture referred to below, make observations about what has been read, and answer the set of questions. Each day of the following week, the witness is asked to practice with another
Christian, turning their conversation into a presentation of some, or all the gospel, and to keep a record of this experience.
